Refund Policy
This policy applies to purchases through the TrueMiwa website. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Cancellation and refunds
- Once a digital storybook has started generating or is available for download, it cannot be refunded solely because of personal preference.
- Once a customized printed storybook has started printing, it cannot be cancelled or refunded solely because of personal preference.
- An order that has not started generation or printing may be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
- We support a refund or replacement for duplicate charges, non-delivery, content or print-quality issues, transit damage, and any refund required by applicable law.
How to request help
For printed books, contact samoai@163.com within 7 days after receipt. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos if available. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
